Company Secretarial Assistant
Successful candidate will responsible to: –

- To maintain statutory and corporate records, including registers of members, directors, shareholders, and company secretaries in accordance with the Companies Act 2016 through the secretarial software.
- To monitor the due date, prepare and send annual return to the clients as well as filing of annual return and audited financial statement via MBRS.
- To prepare minutes of meetings, directors’ resolutions, shareholders’ resolutions, statutory forms and related documents for filing via MYCOID or over the counter submission where applicable, in accordingly the statutory requirements.
- Attend to clients’ requests, liaise with clients, government agencies, tax agents and auditors when required.
- Handle secretarial work, incorporation of companies and any other task assigned from time to time

- Possess Professional qualification or Degree in Corporate Administration/ Management/ Business/ Law.
- MAICSA students/Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Accounts Executive
Successful candidate will responsible to: –

- Handle full sets of accounts of a portfolio of clients or assist senior in a timely manner.
- Supervise accounts assistants to handle day to day outsourced accounts functions.
- Ensure all financial transactions and accounts re in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignment from time to time.

- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / LCCI or equivalent
- At least 1-year full set accounts of work experience in the related field.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
- Self-motivated, initiative and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills, results driven and a team player.
- Possess a pleasant personality with a “willing to learn” attitude.
HR Executive
Successful candidate will responsible to: –

- Maintain HR operational documents e.g., Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Contracts of Employment, etc
- Recruitment activities from screening, preparation and administering the signing of contracts.
- On-boarding and induction activities
- Off-boarding process
- Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc.

- With at least 2 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources
- Willing to learn and take instructions, responsible and has positive attitude.
Internship for Accounts Department (Intake: Aug/Sep/Oct/Nov/Dec 2023)

- During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas: –

- Translating principles learnt in varsity to the practical world of auditing, taxation; and/ or accounting, with includes of the technical accounting; and auditing standards as well as the Companies Act 2016.
- Assist in carrying out full set of accounts for companies of various industries.
- To manage proper filing and documentation work.
- Develop effective communication skills with clients; and colleagues.
