Senior Account Executive

Successful candidate will be responsible to: –

  • Good working knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and other regulatory financial reporting requirements.
  • Handle full sets of accounts including data entries, consolidation, and cash management services for clients.
  • Ensure compliance of report and meeting deadlines as well as accuracy of report and date.
  • Responsible for SST matters such as submission deadlines, calculation, claimable and report.
  • Attend relevant meetings/discussions as may be required at client’s premises.
  • Perform reconciliation of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank, salary service tax and inter-company balance.
  • Assist in other ad hoc assignment as and when it is required.

Account Assistant

Successful candidate will responsible to: –

  • Assist with general accounting.
  • Assist in updating accounting records.
  • Ensure compliance of report and meeting deadlines as well as accuracy of report and date.
  • Attend relevant meetings/ discussions as may be required at client’s premise.
  • Provide administration supports.

  • Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients).

Internship for Accounts Department (Nov 2024 – Apr 2025 Intake)

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas: –

  • Translating principles learnt in varsity to the practical world of auditing, taxation; and/ or accounting, with includes of the technical accounting; and auditing standards as well as the Companies Act 2016.
  • To manage proper filing and documentation work.

Secretarial Senior Executive / Executive

Successful candidate will responsible to: –

  • Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporation, registration of companies, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, opening bank accounts and change of signatories etc.
  • Maintaining and updating the statutory books and records in compliance with the Companies Act, 2016 (“the Act”) and liaise with clients to communicate, prepare and submit Statutory Returns with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) in compliance.
  • Coordinate with various divisions and departments in the Group to arrange and prepare for the meetings of the shareholders, the Board of Directors (“Board”), Board Committees, project committees and operational departments including compilation and/or preparation of meeting papers.
  • Attendance at Meeting i.e. Board, Shareholders, Committee and other relevant meetings as may be required.
  • Prepare notices, compile agendas and meeting papers for above-mentioned meetings as well as to prepare or where relevant review the minutes of the aforesaid meetings, circulate the same timely for comments and finalisation.
  • Manage by following up status audit reports, AGM for submission to CCM with timeline-based and deadline and ensure all deadlines are met and all relevant sections of the Acts, policies, guidelines, procedures are adhered to and complied with.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients on all aspects of the company secretarial functions effectively.
  • Ensure prompt delivery of assignment and prompt response to clients.
  • Drafting minutes and updating database of corporate secretarial records.
  • Provide guidance and supervise junior employees, when required.
  • You will assist Senior and Manager in handling clients’ portfolio, including liaising with the clients, lawyers, tax agents, auditors, CCM etc.
  • Any other ad hoc relevant and related tasks as and when required by the management and or the client.

  • Possess Professional ICSA qualification.
  • At least 3-4 years working experience.
  • MAICSA students/Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Assistant positions.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (added advantage).
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels.
  • Good knowledge of Companies Act 2016, Listing Requirements, and other relevant Securities Commission guidelines.
